Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch your order 1-2 working days from the day on which you made the purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation when the order has been dispatched, this will be sent to the email provided when you made the order.

We use Royal Mail Second Class postage for our standard free delivery and Royal Mail First Class postage for our Express Delivery option. If you require your purchase for a certain date and are worried it may not arrive in time, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

For International orders we use Royal Mail Standard International Shipping.

Returns Policy

Whilst our products are of the highest quality and we're confident you'll love them as much as we do; should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

As part of our 30 Day Guarantee you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it. Before returning an item please contact info@earneditco.uk for further instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same saleable condition in which it was received, with the labels still intact.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

As well as sending back the item(s) we also require requests for item swap(s) and/or refunds to be sent to us via email.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that your refund is on its way, providing the item has been returned unused and in the same saleable condition in which it was received, with the labels still intact. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning an item.
